game burning issues

Hi,

I am facing an issue while burning xbox games.

I have used about 10 DVD+DL's and the game is not burning correctly. Whenever I burn a game all files are burned normally but an additional folder known as $systemupdate is also burned. I previously burned my games and this folder did not appear, somehow, automatically this is being burned. I have used both imgburn and clonecd but the issue keeps on recurring.

I have previously burned quite a few games and all were pal which burned perfectly. I use a sony dvd RW which is able to write to Melody DL discs as previously I have been able to play those games.

Can anyone help me out here.?

I'm guessing that the systemupdate file is the update file for system upgrades like NXE. So if you haven't update yet. You plug in the game and the console prompts you to update.

well I did update it and NXE dashboard is already in my xbox. But the issue isn't with the game its with the burning. I have burned with IMGburn and the Layer break number that goes in, I have done that. I have used the .DVD that comes with the ISO. I have used the ABGX software But guys seriously I wanna know WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROB?

I uninstalled my windows...installed it again...removed all the burning softwares and started over but nothing happened ??? seriously looking for a genius this time guys.

well issue is resolved. The issue was the firmware. I upgraded it to 1.6 Ixtreme and issue was resolved :)

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
