G2 camera, night results :/

day time it takes fine pictures but at night time they get dull even at a wedding where there r lots of lights, pics were dull
is the camera not good at night time or i should try some other setting?

you should have went for s4 plus etc. if you wanted camera cause g2 has a mediocre camera.

Kindly go to camera settings and try to switch ISO to higher value whenever you take pictures in night or dull lightning

G2's cam take mediocre pix at night and it gets laggy as well.

Oh really? Higher the better? What about the shutter speed then? Manual photography doesn't work that way bro.

ISO 400 is fine. If you go more than that pictures will come out very grainy esp at night. ISO 100 (Which you have set to) will definitely take very dark pictures.

That's why I bought a mid/low end phone with a good dslr it's the best combo. As I said u should have gone for s4 plus it's camera is much much better than g2's. Or sell this and get that.

both devices at home , don't agree 100%, cousin has a s4 plus and I recently got g2, with cloudy g3 rom , the results are quite satisfactory and during daytime compared shots from both g2 and s4 plus ,both were similar ,g2 had slight edge in some ......can't say much about night performance though

xperia z2 ftw , increase budget by a bit for it , otherwise lumia 1020 is unbeatable , camera of g2 is good too
