Hey guys, i am posting one of Mashood aka Traceur Bones parkour/free running video, the guy is pakistani and has a very great talent to be shared.
He hasnt made any official videos yet, but here is one of his parkour video.

Warning to anyone who gets the "josh" to try this stuff out after watching this video, DON'T! You're going to break yourself. This requires you to have a high level of fitness and lots and lots of training and practice.

There are many such freak videos available on Youtube, but this is the first Pakistani i have seen performing these acrobatics.

Totally Awesome and Fantastic. The Guy should consider holding a show. We Pakistanis definitely need quality entertainment

I've always been a big fan of parkour. I even tried doing some of the stuff, like the wallrun and vaults. But it's better if you do it with friends, but only one got interested in parkour. We only needed a good practice place. But meh, this is Pakistan.

Also, it's great to see a Pakistani accomplish this.
