[SOLVED] Fiberlink Worst Experience Ever

Hello guys. I applied for the fiberlink connection on 4th of May here in Lahore. Today is 15th of June. Way over 30 working days. No one has contacted me or updated me of anything.

I called their UAN and they give me phone numbers of 2 persons Usman and Waleed. I have been calling them and they have not picked the phone even once. I don't think they know how to answer a call. I sent them messages on WhatsApp, they replied initially that we will check the status but after that they are not replying and not even reading my messages.

I have not seen such unprofessional behavior in my entire life. They are worse than PTCL. They have zero customer support. They just take the money and fall to sleep. If these guys are showing such behavior prior to connection, how will they act after the connection when there is a fault or something?

I would like to have my refund. Please tell me the procedure for it. Does anyone have any contact info of the higher authority of fiberlink?

People were 100% correct about fiberlink on the internet and its my fault I took the risk even then but I will make sure nobody from now on faces the same situation as I do.

Reason is that they usualy are busy in complaints, and there are lots of complaints now a days in my city, they dont give a damn to new clients, they prefer old clients and rectify their complaints on priority basis, so am still waiting.
And there is no refund policy, but u can try by going thru legal way or any contacts in higher authority

FiberLink is the most unprofessional ISP in Pakistan. Forget PTCL, FiberLink sets a whole new low. Although their services have improved for me, I have had to go through my fair share of frustrating days when I've had to chase them around to get it working. Couple that with the fact that they're understaffed, and all the employees I've had the displeasure of dealing with are rude, they don't give off a very good impression on current or potential customers.

Moving to your question, their policy at the time I got my connection was 45 working days, so you might have a problem there. However, if you really want that refund, you can try threatening them to go to consumer court. IIRC that's how many people got their deposit back. Good luck!

Well I applied for the connection on 18 April and got it installed on 13 June , which is way above there mentioned time but brother trust me I am currently on there 100mbps connection and the joy of watching 4k videos without any buffering and lol I downloaded battlefield 1 (22gb) in less than 2 hours , so if you have any hope that your connection will be installed just wait for it as they are at least for me worth your time
Nobody gonna provide you 100mbps in 4500 in Pakistan [emoji12]

Storm fiber and fiber link takes more than 3 months to install the services. Better to use ptcl or zong 4g device.
Well I have tried all of them. Wireless devices are very unreliable. Ptcl broadband has its disconnect problems. So, I had no other option.

    BTW, i started Ghost of Tsushima, and it got me hooked within the first couple of minutes. I already know It's gonna be a memorable experience. This is how you make a proper Samurai game. Not that SJW game Ubisoft is making.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.

    As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.
