Hello guys. I applied for the fiberlink connection on 4th of May here in Lahore. Today is 15th of June. Way over 30 working days. No one has contacted me or updated me of anything.
I called their UAN and they give me phone numbers of 2 persons Usman and Waleed. I have been calling them and they have not picked the phone even once. I don't think they know how to answer a call. I sent them messages on WhatsApp, they replied initially that we will check the status but after that they are not replying and not even reading my messages.
I have not seen such unprofessional behavior in my entire life. They are worse than PTCL. They have zero customer support. They just take the money and fall to sleep. If these guys are showing such behavior prior to connection, how will they act after the connection when there is a fault or something?
I would like to have my refund. Please tell me the procedure for it. Does anyone have any contact info of the higher authority of fiberlink?
People were 100% correct about fiberlink on the internet and its my fault I took the risk even then but I will make sure nobody from now on faces the same situation as I do.
