Last time it happened, i asked them from their support dept and they told me that they are changing wires to underground and mostly they do these activities at night to minimize the effect on customers. So i think it will be back up before sehri

Guys fiberlink team has just installed the Ont device in my home , but they are still saying that it would take 2 days to get my I'd configured in your experience what was your case in that matter ?

What?? No no. My id was configured instantly after installing the device. Internet was up and running in 20 mins

Did they also connect it with thier main line outside? If yes then it's done in minutes all they have to do is call thier NOC team in Karachi and they'll bind your device in thier system.

Yes but for me prior to my installation I changed the package from 40mbps to 100mbps so they said they have to make a new I'd for me :(
