No one answering my calls at the number provided at first post and their contact number on their websites comes back with number invalid.
So anyone knows what's their status about Wapda Town Lahore area? Is it available yet?

Last I heard Wapda Town was stuck in the approval phase from the Wapda Town management, but this news is at least 3 months old.

Note: it took them over a year to get approval from Model Town Society.

Yeah i would expect that from a company which has no proper way for a potential customer to get in contact with over helpline during work hours clearly tells you how effective their PR team is.

I called them and they said the issue was resolved yesterday, I am still facing issues today and they kept on saying that the issue was on my end. I guess i'll just wait it out. Thanks.

do you have the number to their whatsapp support account? restart everything and if you still don't get the proper bandwidth, send them a screenshot

They told me that they will send someone today to look at the issue. I am pretty sure no one will come. Thanks for the advice.

They sent someone over to check, After checking the speedtests he said the issue is from backend. It'll be fixed in 3 days, Hopefully.

Reading this thread after a while. Did i understand correctly that Fiberlink is providing pppoe username/passwords and letting you use your own router now?

Yes they are providing usernames and passwords.I did a router firmware update, Called them and they provided the pppoe username and password. I don't think they are providing routers to users anymore. I had to use my own when it got installed a few days ago. They'll probably require a Mac address either routers or the computer's.

not far off pechs , hopefully they comply , also i am a bit doubtful now tho , reading all these complaints about their service , and the pings are horrible? despite being fiber based?

and ugh i read you guys talking bout 75mb packages and 100mb packages

the max they have listed is 50mb..? whats up with that
