FL needs to step up their game.
I can advise this, persistently email FiberLink and CC PTA along with every complaint. Then eventually write one very formal complaint, send it to PTA and CC FiberLink this time.
It'll take time, a few weeks perhaps but you will hopefully notice a change in their attitude AND more importantly, their dog shit service.
This advice goes not only for you, but for all those in this thread who are facing problems with FL in regards to network uptime, customer service and poor quality of service.
Please email PTA, they are a bit slow, but the more of you who complain, the quicker they'll react.
Believe me, I got those bastards at my PTCL exchange to get a steel danda up their asses from PTA, and I'm one guy. It took plenty of emails, phone calls and a physical letter to CPD of PTA and my work was done in 4 months. Only because it was one persistent complaint from one person.
Long story short, more people = faster work.
So, pull out your dictionaries, start writing well written emails, go easy on the insults, focus more on the problem at hand and how FL is handling it and send it to
