when did they said k "they dont have refund policy" ?
because when i called a lady said k your cheque will be ready in 2 3 days, since then its been 2 months and every time i called she said k "abi ready ni hua, boss chuti pe hen" and now they stop taking calls
and one time she said k "aur b bandun k refund ki requests hen"
and now they said to you k we dont have refund policy
that's strange
It was 2 weeks ago. I also contacted on their whatsapp support number but they say to contact on UAN number. When I call UAN they say to call support. Its a circle [emoji35]

My suggestion to everyone who is planning to go for fiberlink is that do not apply for any connection. They're just good at blame game & excuses.
(Lahore walay: Karachi say application approve nahi ho raha waha kay log kam hi nahi kartay. Karachi walay: Sir Lahore wale kam hi nahi kartay hain humay to aj tak Karachi mai aisa koi masla nahi aya.)
Had say zayada sastay excuse. Kisko ko bhi connection kay status ki update ka nahi pata hota jis ko marzi call karlo. Pehle to koi call uthata nahi or agar utha lein to sab kehtay hain Usman Mansoor sahab ko call karo. Unko call karo to wo bhi nahi uthatay agar kahi galti say utha bhi lein to har haftay bad do haftay ka waqt day dete hain. Or ab mujhay to fiberlink kay staff mai kisi ki zuban ka aitebar nahi raha jisko marzi call karlo ya bat karlo har koi ap say wada karlay ga or uskay bad jis din waqt pura hota hai to call uthana band. Worst experience in my life. Is say to behtar tha mai worldcall hi on rakhta kum az kum complain karnay par sahi karnay to a jatay thay. Customer ko Zalil-o-Khawar nahi karwatay thay. Idhar to paisay bhi do, bayizati bhi karwao. Seriously they need to change their attitude. I am going to their Lahore office today for refund let see how it goes. Nahi to PTA or consumer court kay chakar pakay :/

Is tarha ki service or support to ptcl bhi de raha hai sirf fiber install karnay say inki company superior nahi ho jati sirf technology new hai harkatein same PTCL wali hain. Mai jitna khush tha utna disappoint kia hai inho nay.

Is forum par bhi ap dekh lo adhay say zayada awam ka ya to connection down hai ya installation hi nahi hui sirf kuch log satisfied hain or connection acha chalnay ki waja sirf new technology hai bus.

FL needs to step up their game.

I can advise this, persistently email FiberLink and CC PTA along with every complaint. Then eventually write one very formal complaint, send it to PTA and CC FiberLink this time.

It'll take time, a few weeks perhaps but you will hopefully notice a change in their attitude AND more importantly, their dog shit service.

This advice goes not only for you, but for all those in this thread who are facing problems with FL in regards to network uptime, customer service and poor quality of service.

Please email PTA, they are a bit slow, but the more of you who complain, the quicker they'll react.

Believe me, I got those bastards at my PTCL exchange to get a steel danda up their asses from PTA, and I'm one guy. It took plenty of emails, phone calls and a physical letter to CPD of PTA and my work was done in 4 months. Only because it was one persistent complaint from one person.

Long story short, more people = faster work.
So, pull out your dictionaries, start writing well written emails, go easy on the insults, focus more on the problem at hand and how FL is handling it and send it to

[email protected]

And if you would like to spend 150 rs, send a real letter to:

Consumer Protection Director,
PTA Headquarters,
F-5/1, Islamabad

I did ask for a refund. The lady at their helpline said its not their policy to refund customers. I said to install it then. Which they said would be done in max 1 week. This was a month ago :(

I am so sorry to see that so many people are having problems with FL i thought it was just me my link still hasn't been restored its been down since 15 May, had high hopes for FL but it seems that i will forever be with PTCL its poor but at least its up most of the time. Guess i will wait for Storm Fiber to take my area in their coverage till then high speed internet is just a dream for me.

Furthermore I would Recommend no one apply for an FL connection if you value your money and time

That is what I said earlier in my post. We have to get together to get good ISP in Pakistan or else enjoy their s*** services. I've tried everything so far nothing still same going in circles but I still have two options left. One I wasn't able to visit their office because I am busy with some personal issues in the morning by the time I get free I don't have time to visit their office. Second is email PTA & Fiberlink at the same time as you said.

thank God i didnt apply for FL .. i have applied for stormfiber and its 8th day today.. i will call them today to inquire about my connection installation. they said it will take 15 days .. my friend got it in 1 week.

Can you share your copy of legal notice? I am preparing myself for the worst situation. So this would help me a lot as I don't have any lawyer to consult with. Any other help would be appreciated. Like cost, place from where you got your legal notice ready etc.

i just got to know about fiberlink, im from lahore and gulshan ravi area. i wanna know that is anyone using it in my area and if it is even available in my area as of now. PTCL is so bad it gives pings in 300s all the time and im tired of complaining again and again about the route being bad. can anyone advise me that how to get it in my area. Would really appreciate the help thanks.

So Fiberlink recently got its routes optimized through Transworld and now pings are stable and much better all the time!

Honestly don't apply for the connection until or unless they are in your area. It's been 4 months I've paid them still no refund/no connection. When you call them just ask about your area. Is it covered or not. Don't mention that you need a connection they'll come next day to pickup money from you saying we can install it in 30 to 45 days which they can't.
