Try ingame, I tried pinging that and got 280. Played a game on SGP and got around 110 in game. Not sure about Csgo pings. I tried dota.
Is it like this for everyone is PK? Or some ISP's actually have a direct route to India?

I don't play games myself so I can't answer you that but this test is done on FiberLink by another user ( Tachyons ) and he's getting 61ms to India.
In game I'm getting 110 too but that's rocket league. Whenever I'm getting 80 when I ping sgp.valve.net I also get 80 to rocket league SEA servers. But if it's like this I'm fluctuating between 110-120. Connected with my friend on storm fiber and he's getting 80 on both.
Wow that is surprisingly too good considering your request has to get to Europe/SGP first, then to India. How is it possible to get that low ping? I mean, FL gets around 80-100 ping (to my knowledge) just on SGP. Not all servers from India gets that low number ping so either the valve server is not physically in India and just a name for Indian users or its some routing magic.
The indian server is actually pretty bad to play on. There is a lot of packet loss. Most indians are playing on either Sgp or Dubai servers.

There are three major routes to India. Singapore, West Europe and Oman. What path you get depends on your ISP, the destination sever and congestion at the time.
When you get around 60ms, it's because it's being routed through Oman. 300ms means it's going all the way to Europe and back.

As i stated previously in my comment that might be routed through Oman. I am talking about the valve Indian server, it's not that we get bad pings, the server is pretty bad overall. They haven't maintained it in like years and high packet loss is still present on that server. Most of the indians have shifted to other servers.
I have no experience with Valve since I don't play any of their games. Most games I play are either running on AWS or on Azure, so even though Azure has an Indian data center, it's not used for games.
Can anyone here help me? Its been more than 45 days and I have not received my connection yet. Somone please share some contact number of deployment team in PIA, Lahore.
