So i searched steam for this. Here are the servers that need to be pinged
· lux.valve.net - Europe West 1 (Luxembourg)

- vie.valve.net - Europe East 1 (Vienna, Austria)

Its been 3 months that I have applied for connection and no signs of installation yet. It will take ages to install connection.

Well, i'll try to make-do in the meanwhile but if the service they're providing is good, i want in.
Service is highly dependent on area and luck. I've mostly had no issues with them but I've barely had internet all of May, and my connection is down again.

The last line for each result shows the actual ping in avrg column.
e.g. So for SEA = Ping is 96
