FAST is one of the best unis as far as CS is concerned so of course we are are happy with CS as that was our preferred field

They do have a fee refund policy.

Yeah submit it for now, if you get selected in NUST, get it back... they refund 100% tuition fee (not the admission fee which is something like 15 or 16k). This is worth the risk.. you have time till 26th august for full fee refund and till 31st you can get only 50% fee refund. After the second week of classes, you don't get any refund.

Yes it is better to wait till 24th cause nust's merit list is expected till 23rd
