Also, the FF8 Remaster seems to be looking pretty good. They are importing/updating models from other sources where available. Hopefully the backgrounds are given some nice AI enhanced remastering as well.

I think that would have been more faithful to the experience.

Right now, this looks like what Dragon Age: Inquisition looked like on the PS3/360 with the water color crayon looking foliage etc.

As a Witcher fan, do you want a whole new console audience to experience a severely butchered version of your favorite game ?

Not sure if you're suddenly a Switch defender or if this is continued Witcher 3 support ... just FYI, CDPR is not handling this port, so the 'technical wizardry' is not their doing ..

I can't contribute much to the Switch open world discussion, but I'm sure @CerebralTiger @manigamer and others can contribute more between this and Breath of the Wild, whichever looks better among the two.

But as someone whose played the game on a PS4 Pro and a PC with high/ultra preset combo, the cut-backs are way too much for me to not notice. For those who have never played it, sure decent enough for them I suppose.

Switch is a stronger hardware than PS3/360 even in portable mode.

Your correct. Someone should ask crytek to Port the whole trilogy to the switch. Imagine crysis 3 running natively on a switch damn.. the "can it run crysis" meme will be finally full filled [emoji38]

Im not making fun or comparing the switch wtf are you on? I'm praising it for it's sheer power being a portable device. Truly a psvita biggest fear in ages to come (that if they even decide to make a portable PlayStation again)
