Oh com'on! A bold but a very stupid claim!
the first panel there shows 2007-2008 era, and believe me I haven't come across any other handheld console or cellphone that can match PSP's power. Not just graphically. Correct me if I am wrong.

The pic in the OP doesn't list PSP and iphone4 in the same category. And play Ghost of Sparta, your eyes might pop outta your head.

r3aper did you buy a Rs. 90,000 phone back in 08 that you can speak from experience? Keep in mind that they don't mention price. The comparison is simply between the best devices of their class regardless of price. Obviously this comparison is not fair. They are comparing $1,000 phones with desktops (or consoles) that cost <$300.

BTW the NGP aka psp3 is due out later this year and it will have as much horsepower as the console ps3. So its not difficult to imagine that by late 2012 or early 2013 you will have phones that have similar capabilities.
