Chit chat description is misleading.....

Hi mods and all PG guys and all
As you all know that the spam rate on PG is growing day by day. And we can see many people being banned just because posting irrelevant stuff, and many threads can be seen moved from the Chit Chat area to the Trash Bin. I guess its not really the members' fault.
The Chit Chat description says:

Discuss on any topic which comes into your mind or any event, you are allowed to post whatever you like! Anything considered off topic from the rest of the forums should be posted here..

So as you can see this description allows them to spam, but of course in an indirect way. I am sorry if I am wrong but I thing this description should be altered a bit.

^ Well, just so you know, the post count feature is disabled for the introduction and the Chit chat section. So there is clearly no way some one can keep posting in the section in hopes to increase his/her post count...

Post count should also be removed from fun room section. Chit-chat and Introduction is not a problem since these section have no post count feature.

We are much more lax in the chit chat section, although to maintain certain standards we have to remove some of the more pointless threads/posts.
