Update: I got this reply from AP today:
Hello ,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department.

We have resent your Contact Request email.

We ask that you allow the seller at least five business days to respond to your claims. If you do not receive word from the seller by the fifth business day ( September 17th 2011) , please reply to this Contact Request email so we may provide you with further assistance.

We appreciate your patience during this process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the seller fails to respond within five business days, it is the customer’s responsibility to reply to the Contact Request stating the seller’s negligence. If the customer fails to respond to the Contact Request within ten business days it will signify the issue has been resolved and the ticket will automatically be closed.

Decided. Replied Contact Request email of AP.
Reason: Seller (scammer) has not replied to that email yet.

Now waiting for the resolution process to be done..

We need to speak on this by friday. Till that time, give them some space.
Friday to Sunday I go for my evening classes. Anyways, I'll try to find time to meet u. Yes, I'm already waiting for AP dispute..

P.S. Hey but u r going out of Country from 29 Sept. as mentioned in ur sig then how u'll solve my problem?

I got this email from AP yesterday after replying AP's Contact Request on last wednesday:
Hello Syed Noman Ali,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department. I am happy to assist you.

Please read this email carefully.

We are in the process of resolving your transaction dispute.

To reach a prompt resolution, you must respond directly to the Contact Request email that we sent to both you and the seller. Please take some time to read the instructions and respond accordingly.

If you do not respond to the Contact Request within 10 days, we will assume that you have resolved the issue with the seller, and we will close this dispute.

Please do not respond to this email.
This email is confusing me (read the bold words) :confused:

After many days, I finally got -ve reply from AlertPay today:
Hello ,

Thank you for contacting AlertPay's Resolutions department. I am happy to assist you.

After examining this specific case and the seller's Terms of Service, the Resolutions Department has decided that your claim is justified; However, our recovery efforts have not been successful. We are still working on recovering the funds. If successful, we will contact you and attempt to provide you with a refund. At this point the seller's account does not contain sufficient funds to give you a refund.

When you engage in a transaction, you accept a seller's Terms of Service, which is applied at all times. For future transactions, we ask you to closely review your seller's Terms of Service prior to making a purchase. Please refer to our User Agreement for more information: https://www.alertpay.com/en/agreements.aspx.

Thank you for your understanding.
My money couldn't get recovered :( :mad: (n) (wtf)

Mate, when I had the address, your father disagreed on this and gave it a silent pause. Now all out of the blues you come here and ask the Administration to help you.

Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
