Update: I have send ticket ID as dispute transaction but I can't track my ticket ID since my AP ID is actually my hotmail ID & my hotmail ID has been blocked from few weeks, so I can't check my email & can't check my ticket ID status. I have noted my ticket ID in screenshot. Now how to track my AP ticket ID status? Plz help!
Dude, there's the secret question to recover your password, if that fails there's the backup id on which they mail you the password reset link. So why not try resetting your password?

I got email regarding my ticket ID details but didn't received link to my ticket ID status so I just replied to that email that sender hasn't respond yet so refund my money, waiting for the answer from AP..
go to alertpay's site,contact us area and call them and ask about your dispute issue progress
if you made a good story for dispute with in 30 days of sending funds then you will get back ur AP

I have already send transaction dispute to AP & even call AP but this issue can't be resolved on phone. It's under process & I'm waiting for there reply..

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
