I personally prefer Nikon, but with your budget, I'd recommend Canon. Nikon is a little pricey to start, but in a long run it's a lot cheaper. It has good lens at low price point. Plus it can run all the old lenses with out issue.
If you're spending one time and just want a good DSLR. Get Canon, but if you want to keep it as a hobby and build upon it, there is no better answer than Nikon.
For your budget:
CANON:
Camera:
Canon 1200D [Rs 32K]
Canon EOS 1200D Price in Pakistan
This one comes with 18-55 Kit lens. You can either keep the lens or ask them to remove it [if possible]. Removing the lens could save you 5-10K more
Lens:
Canon 50MM 1.8 [Rs 9K]
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Autofocus Lens - Hashmi Photos
OR
Yongnuo 50mm 1.8 [Rs6.5K]
Yonguno 50mm f1.8 in Pakistan - Hashmi Photos
Not as famous as the Canon. but performs well for its price.
NIKON:
Camera:
D3200 Body only [Rs28K]
Nikon D3200 Body in Pakistan - Hashmi Photos
Lens:
50mm 1.8D [Rs 12K]
Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor Lens - Hashmi Photos
Chose a brand - stick to it.
Remember - if you got the budget, keep the Kit lens [18-55mm] because it gives you wide angle focal length that can come in handy in tight indoor spaces. The Kit Lens for Nikons are pretty sharp [
Nikon 18-55mm VR II review]. I have no experience on the Canon Kit lens.
---EDIT---
I just read you need it for Videos. Go for Canon when it comes to video. Nikon doesn't have aperture control on the lower end models while in Live view. This is a deal breaker for video shooting.
Canon 1200D with Canon 50MM lens. Rs 41000, this also includes the 18-55mm lens.
