Borderlands 2 Windows 8

Anyone got this game running? I can't get this game to run on win 8 no matter what. Tried reloaded, skidrow and even NoSteam, I always get some sort of error. I tried some method using CFF and even then the game would start and crash at the first loading screen every time. Tried running it as administrator and everything.
If anyone has a fix let me know.

Link them to me if you can, I'm pretty sure I downloaded the updates and patched it as well.

[MENTION=14162]Yasir[/MENTION]! Actually it was v1.13 which brought support for Win8 to Borderlands 2 (if i am not mistaken). So if your game is not working, i am pretty sure you haven't applied all the updates. Plus, there are many DLCs also available so make sure you don't miss them as well.

If you have an IPTorrents account, search "Borderlands 2" and check the Games/PC ISO from filters above.

From the search results Download: Borderlands 2 Update 16 Incl Hotfix & 11 DLC-FTS

This has all the DLCs to date included in it. However its not the latest update. Latest is Update 18.

Anyway, after that, head to "Torrentz[dot]eu. Search for "Borderlands 2 Update". The 3rd link which says "v1.7 Cracked" ... download and Install.

And you are good to go.

Not a big deal. There is a small Windows 8 fix you have to download and it will work. No need to patch or anything. I'm not sure where I downloaded it but try this one.

I can confirm to you that at least the legit version is working properly on windows 8

I've tried this winderland thing a million times, having to edit in cff and what not. Doesn't work.

1. Download and install either the RELOADED or SKIDROW version.
2. Install the Patch 1.6 Inc. Updates i referred earlier.
3. Instal Patch 1.7.

... and there you have it. The game is running perfectly fine.

The Update 18 is also here but its crack is not. So you'll have to wait for the Update 18. If you are concerned about the Changelog then here it is.

I won't directly give you the link. But I can give you a hint. Search for Borderlands 2 tunngle guide and click the 2nd link. It has guides and DLCs and fixes and patches and everything you need

Later versions of BL2 brought support for Win 8 and beyond. get all the updates and it will start working.
