Best Laptop for upto 70k

Looking for a good laptop for up to 70k but can't seem to find anything good. I'm in need of something that's 7th gen, 1920x1080 and 15 inches. A GPU would be nice too but not necessary. Basically, I need it for my Uni and the most I'll be doing is playing cod4 or CS:GO. So, whats the best you can get in this range? Also, is a refurbished laptop a good idea?

would you like to go for a used one or a new one ? if you go for a used one you can get a pretty decent gaming laptop but if you want to go for a new one than you can get yourself a laptop with a normal gpu. let us know about your preference then we will suggest you something

Go for a used one..... 7th gen will be way too costly atm
search PG marketplace u may find one

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN
