Best Graphic Card in range of 15K

Okay so guys i dont usually upgrade my pc as i am just a student and saving up is hard. But i think its high time that i upgrade , so my friend is in USA right now and he can bring a card for me from amazon or whatever. My maximum range is 15k.
As far as i have searched , GTX1050ti looks like a good option .. I am confused between MSI , GIGABYTE or ASUS.

Other options are welcome.

My pc specs are :
Pentium G2030 (I know its bad , i will upgrade to a 3rd gen processor too soon. that is max my board can handle so. )
8gb ram
550w supply.

1050ti is the best option for you.. but bare in mind that your cpu will bottleneck it like bad.. u may get good Max frames but the min frame will be horrible.. so i do advise to upgrade cpu whenever you get a chance.. i would not recommend Gigabyte(cheap build quality) and Asus(horrible customer service)... instead go for Msi or Evga one's.. 1050ti would be perfect for 1080p gaming

Okay so the choice is narrowed down to Evga and MSI then.
Gigabye did include a backplate though @Armughanaslam47
GIGAbyte looks good too yaar .

Yeah this one's not bad though..with higher boost clock then the Evga one! Customer service of evga is great and if you get any issues (hopefully you won't) they will fix it ASAP!
i'm myself rocking a zotac amp extreme 1070 but i would not recommend zotac for 1050ti gigabyte and evga ..either one would do the job! i was saying in general about gigabyte build quality

Bro , i am going for ASUS Strix 1050ti 4GB.
Since i am in pakistan, idont think customer support matters

1050Ti is the best GPU for budget.
By the way, can your friend bring the same GPU for me too if I pay for the GPU ? Let me know if it is possible.
