Absolutely right. my 970 was overclocked like 1547 core. Rx 480 definitely takes more advantage of new technology and architecture. Meanwhile, AMD's overclocking performance potential is 100:50 overclock give double performance gain on every mhz bump.

If You can crank up the core a little more around 1360-1380mhz on core. which will give you more numbers for sure.

physics definitely is low. even an overlock i5 cannot meet the blazing i7

Benchmark utilizes every single component core and clocks. while Gaming there is some sort of difference incur however it is absolutely unnoticeable. i5 is great for gaming.

wow man crossed 7K mark. not huge overclock but nice performance gain. May be it can go much higher around 2200mhz. how much memory overclock gain performance ?? Firestrike didn't favoring memory overclocks

Ahhhh! Unfortunately, chip won't go anything above. Will run firestrike today but on other card as I will test the second card today. SLI result of time spy coming thru.
