well i called their helpline, gave themmy basic details after that i told them the merchant's website name and then amount in local and international currency. my complaint was loadged and after few days i received a letter at my place asking me to fill dispute form in branch which i did long before the complain. my money was refunded next day after i received the letter. few tips while calling their helpline, try using different city codes except for karachi and lahore.

What exactly did you write in the dispute form? Also, do I write separate forms for each refund I have not received, or all together in one? Do I need to give all details of who I got it from/where and time etc?
i just filled out every detail in the form. it was a simple form and yeah you can fill one form for all refund. yeah you have to give details that are required in form. just ask around in the branch they will guide you.

I called the bank helpline, just as I was told, to lodge my complaint.
(And that later I would receive a letter which would inform me to visit the bank and fill out a dispute form)
Regarding the fact that, I had recently bought some stuff from Aliexpress.com, the seller had then refunded me due to the item(s) not working, but I had not received the refund from the bank.
The women from the bank (Peshawar) asked me my basic details such as my name, id card number, etc. I was then told that MCB Lite Card does not receive refunds. How is this possible??? Just recently, I received my refund for other things, yet now they tell me that they do not receive the refund at all from the Lite Card??? She suggested that the seller may not have given me the refund, Yet I have proof that they have but the bank have not issued it to me???
When I told her, that I had received refunds before, she put me on hold, so she could ask the supervisor, this process was repeated about 6-7 times. I have PROOF that I have received all of my refunds before, yet their employees do not seem to know anything. She then told me that one of their representatives would call me, and hung up.
I have not yet received any calls
I WAS TOLD TO USE A DIFFERENT CITY CODE APART FROM KARACHI AND LAHORE.
I FIRST CALLED THE ISLAMABAD CENTRE, THEY ASKED ME ALL OF THE DETAILS AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR SYSTEM WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE, AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN AN HOUR, WHICH ANNOYED ME, EVEN MORE.
I CALLED BACK BUT NO RESPONSE.
WHEN I CALLED THE PESHAWER CENTRE, I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW ILLITERATE THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE, THEY KNEW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE SO CALLED MCB LITE CARD.
I had started using a lite card just over a year ago, and I was very happy with the services. But NOW I am CONTEMPLATING moving my bank. I used to receive my refunds in 7-15 DAYS and I have now just found out that they don't even receive them??? HOW???? I MEAN HOW????? HOW THE HELL??????

I had a very similar experience with my MCB Lite. I paid on a Pakistani website with my MCB Lite using it as a Visa card. Unfortunately, the page got stuck. I asked the merchant if he had received the payment, and sure enough he hadn't. I asked MCB helpline, they said it is a weekend and I should wait until Monday and then ask the merchant if he had received the payment. Come Monday, payment still not received. I called MCB helpline and they said I would have to fill out a form at a MCB Lite-ized branch (or a branch that handles MCB Lite). The amount was small, and it was too much hassle for me. So I ignored it. I had forgotten all about it, until a few weeks later, I checked the transactions on my Lite account, and sure enough, I had received back my money!
As for refunds, they are lying. I once paid for an item and the company told me the item was out of stock. I asked them can they refund the money? They said without a problem, and I received all the money back, not even a rupee deducted.

Money gets refunded eventually with MCB Lite. A lot of people in this thread (me included) have received refunds a month or so later. I wouldn't worry too much unless the amount is huge.
Oh and MCB's customer service is dreadful. Looks to be a country-wide issue.

I know they are lying about the refund part.. But I was shocked when I got to know that the representatives at the Peshawar call center don't even know anything about the lite product..

just keep trying your luck will shine one day and you will find a mcb call representative that will guide you. ask them forcefully to lodge a complaint on this issue and go visit the branch from where you activated the card or a branch that knows and are willing to process mcb lite query. as for karachi i go to mehdi tower branch. there was this adorable girl in branch she activated my card [emoji14] and processed my deposit, ever since i visit that branch, smile at her and jobs doneI am sick and tired of THIS BULLSHIT.

I tried to buy Dead Space on Google Play (It's just 10Rs right now!) with MCB Lite card, but I get an error that "This payment method has been declined"
Even though I have been charged 70rs when I added the card.
I have seen several past posts where they've made a successful purchase on Google Play using the Lite card.
Or, Does MCB Lite card dosen't work on Play Store anymore?
Can anyone here please confirm that?
UPDATE: Got it working! I had to verify my identity first.

I've never had any issue buying from Steam using MCB Lite. In fact, I just made a successful purchase on Steam couple minutes back.
It's possible that maybe internet session is not active on your card.
