You are simply trying to negate what I ain't even claiming. Maybe my first post was not quite clear enough. The 58-2(b) amendment giving the president the powers to dissolve a constituent assembly was made in Zia's era. The amendment that made the Graduation mandatory for a member of parliament was made in Pervez Musharaf's era. Also the amendment that barred a person from holding the post of Prime Minister for more than two terms was made in Musharaf's era.
the point was why two term PM limit has been removed when it was made part of constitution where as Zardari didnt needed it
