I believe they have the record of the people who got their forged degrees/diplomas from there, now the cherry on top would be to arrest those people who are working based on those fake degrees God knows where, such company wouldn't have came into existence if people didnt had an appetite for fraud. Such people are equally responsible and culprits.

They were con to , they were told u gonna get real uni degree , they axact even took online assessment tests etc to make them feel they are getting real degree , plus they were sold the pitch of a system existing that offers degree on basis of converting work exp into credit hours .

but yes those who were studying in real universities and used axact for having their thesis prepared are culprits , but it's very hard to catch them

because , u can easily con others by emailing them fake rankings and attested documents forging signatures even likes of john kerry , but for a real university you have to go through a process and your monitored for every thing and u would never produce degreez with real signature attested by kerry , here in fake ur call agents work as professors , but in real they would have to hire real professors
