i have gtx 760 currently, i want to upgrade to play Rise of tomb raider and GTA V sort of games on max settings, please advise me any good card..

my max budget is 30k to 35k.

Processor: i7 3770 stock
Ram : 8gb
Asus Mobo: p8h67 mle
Corsair: RM 750w
128gb ssd & 2tb HDD.

As for recommendation, iGTX 1060 6GB would easily fall in your budget. you can find a new but imported one without warranty from PG as well.

Also Galaxy is selling NEw ASUS Dual Fan edition
(Nvidia) 3D Graphic Card Prices in Pakistan.

I am good.

If you want to save few bucks for any other components as well then it could be a valuable spending.
However, Paper specs are the only thing you will consider. Performance charts shows 470 is bit less powerful than GTX 970. The difference may exceed the word "bit" here actually. at least 7 FPS difference in Crysis 3.

480 is cheaper than 1060. Performance wise 1060 is better. Again Price/Performance debate. I think 480 will server you better.

i saw some Rx480 being sold in good price in pg marketplace . i think you can purchase a used one from pg marketplace or you can import one from aboard because both ways you will save some bucks. regarding 1060 or 1070 i saw some deals from pg premium sellers related to those cards in a very good price and those were imported cards from amazon so you can also look at them. here are some comparisons between 480 and 1060

Out of all these three options, it is obvious that Rx 480 is a winner. Otherwise I would have suggested GTX 1060 with 6GB VRAM. Go with RX 480 now. Down the line you can add another 480 to have a performance level of 1070. I am assuming that you are on 1080p.

Whatever you do Do not buy 3GB card. 970 is old Go for Rx480 4Gb better than 970 and has more vram than gtx1060 3gb and better directx12 support for now
