A Nokia 5530 question

I'm getting my first REAL (not Chinese i mean ) tomorrow.

Its the Nokia 5530 XM, black and red one.

I have a question. I'm getting one from a friend who bought it 3 weeks back, brand new.

I'm getting it from him. The phone has minor scratches on the back and on the top of the silver frame (just one side). I mean to say that its not scratchless. The screen is perfectly fine, no scratches. Full 12 month warranty, all accessories included.

He agreed on 17k for the phone. I'm prolly gonna give him 16.5 and take it.

Should I? Reply quickly please. Gotta get it tomorrow.

Just wanted your views on the price, considering the condition of the set.

Well, I'm really satisfied. The touch experience is at times better than even the iphone. But iphone to iphone hai.
The screen is AWESOME. Though it looks crap in direct sunlight. Its resolution is amazing. Better than iphone's. You can't differentiate between pixels.
The OS is fast. Even after installing several themes, it was pretty zippy.

I've installed the new facebook app, live messenger, fring, nimbuzz, a calculator, a few themes and some other stuff. Its a great OS. I love it.

This is the first phone where I've felt a pronounced stereo effect from the handset loudspeakers. You can actually feel and hear two separate channels. Love that.
