4K Gaming PC Build 2017

bro why didn't get AMD Ryzen ? ..........

Well that is very good question , i was out there in the market and could have easily picked the AMD Ryzen , now what held me back was clearly the IPC performance over the intels offering , Ryzen is a beast of a CPU and a very good setting platform for AMD , but it still falls behind (in GAMING only) to the intel i7 and then my OCD kicks in too , even if i got the ryzen it would have to paired with a Nvidia GPU because clearly AMD is still a sitting duck in the GPU department .

AMD with AMD (imo it is a crime to pair a AMD CPU with a Nvidia GPU )

RGB doesn't intrigue me mostly, but this does, everything done right. Just one opinion, if you like, try smoking the window a bit (tint), a quality one, you will absolutely love it, it gives a stealth killer look to PC hiding the direct led light.

Thank you for the appreciation , for me aesthetics is very important in a PC build specially when i am using a case which has a side panel window . Speaking of the panel yes you are right i was actually thinking of doing a light tint ........ you have good taste ...... which surprisingly very hard to come by in Pakistan

Congratulations. Man great choice for components, just what I would look for in a PC. One criticism though, if you don't mind. Man why waste this epic PC on a TV? Get a proper monitor. This is coming from experience. I sold my monitor for a Samsung ks7000. While a great tv for PS4, its horrible as a monitor. Cant stand 60Hz anymore. Even moving the mouse seem like a strobe light. The Sony might be better though. I suggest a 21:9, 100Hz, G-sync. The choices a very limited though and bank breaking.

Thank you for the appreciation great care was taken to make the system look aesthetically appealing and stand out , Yes i agree with your criticism , let me tell you when i do my research i do not leave any stone upturned , I was a EX user of a 2015 Samsung JS9000 55'' 4K only sold that set because of Samsung incompetent manufacturing faults , to cut the story short , i would always pick monitor over a TV , but there was a reason , back when i picked up my Sony TV , i was in the market for a 144Hz 4K HDR monitor with atleast 39'' , sadly non existed and still does not exist , The day Asus ROG plans to make a 144hz 4K HDR monitor larger than 27" , i will Inshallah get that .

Nice build buddy! The lighting looks great! I have a HUE+ thingy just sitting at home.....just need to find time to install it! Also, curious about what 4k gaming is like on a tv? Mind posting a pic?

Well ...... native 4K gaming on a TV is extremely sharp , 4K resolution really compliments the high resolution textures ........ pictures as in screen shots or direct snaps of the TV with the game running ?

I will hate my TV the day Asus plans to make a 39'' 4K HDR 10 144hz monitor , till then i love this TV , cannot stand 4K on a tiny 27" it is just too small . :wink2:
