Terrific Games with PAPA jee and Stalker last night on XBL. Man I have been away from the ssf4 scene for too long now( a week heheh) and i could almost feel like missing my links and deciding what to do in a particular situation.

Kinda Strange when your regular you tend to do the Right Thing at the right moment without thinking , its like perceptual but when you take a break its a whole new ball game.

Dont have the PC version yet but i play both on PSN and XBL. Xbl is a tat better then Psn in terms of connecting issues and Lag. Sometimes its almost as good as playing offline with your local buds.

To people who live in Islamabad and Pindi....when's the next street fighter tournamant gonna take place???? It's been a while now and with Arcade edition out for some time I think the tournament should proceed forward.


Plus I started playing online today on my laptop.....so far it's been kinda disappointing. Hardly connecting to anyone and most matches were mad laggy. Which region should I aim for? I'm using Nayatel 3mb so don't think my connection could be that bad.

Anyway if anyone on this forum plays online using PC as their platform then please post your IDs so we can play online. Thanks.

From what i have heard the pindi gang is chilling as far as SSF4 is concerned , well if you have the xbox why not come on live but There is a element of getting banned but few necessary precautions will get you on your way, Plus i see your psn ID as well , if u have a ps3 try getting a copy on it

Secondly i was not pulling your leg at all, your game was quite surprising , i mean your catching up on the FT very quickly . Just keep at it and work on your blocking cos that was the only thing i could see lacking in your game on the other hand,your bnbs were spot on .

I will definitely try to come online tonight bro if wapda is kind enough that is, I have not been playing on psn either . I am sure my Psn com padres will affirm that.

No man I ain't have a PS3. That was my friends, use to play on it. He currently plays SF every night I think. You guys are lucky you can play each other. I have a 360 but don't want to risk it getting banned. If anyone has the legit PC version and wants to play online do let me know. I can sure use some good connection legless fighting.

So i have been playing sf4 for 5 weeks now and i thought i should update you guys on how i am doing, since ppl here have helped me with everything i know so far. I just want to let you guys know that before i started playing sf4, i could not even throw a fireball and i played only FPS and fifa. I practise for 45 min everyday and i have learned all the basic moves for akuma, plus the majority of basic combos. I can even even do the ultra in under 1 sec.
That may not be a huge deal for you guys but i know it's a big leap for me. I also feel like that i have now full control over my character. i just wanted to thank you guys for replying to my nooby questions. on that note, here are few more questions

I am trying to main Akuma so what should my next step be? where can i find "option-selects" for Akuma. i found some vids on youtube but they just confused me and what is frame reset?

option selects depend on matchup,you can find more info about akuma's option selects at shoryuken.com.
Learn To Bait,Analyze Opponent,Concentrate so that you can improve you prediction game,Know Your Punishers and then mindgames which lead to other strategies i.e ex demon flip at less than full screen range over a fireball gives akuma a free combo plus Knockdown...bait fireballs to make opponent jump and ultra on landing frames etc,hope you get better soon....PLUS don't forget u got a free safe combo starter in far HK.
