    dude u r the one who is doing things wrong, u need to fill all the boxes with an * i.e ur student reg # at ur institute, then ask ur college's broadband admin to fwd ur app to ptcl, then call 0800 80800 to confirm ur order...its that simple :p P.S : Do it in IE7
