    Well, it doesn't explicitly say it's for beginners, but it is more or less. It's MUCH MORE noob friendly than those "Programming for Absolute beginners" books. Jump straight into Lafore's book. The OOP is there, but he builds everything from the ground up. Trust me, if you know C++, you'll know C automatically. For beginners, there will hardly be any difference between the two, except some annoyances which will make you wonder if the devs are idiots when they came up with this.

    Stuff like "You can only declare variables on the top of the function". When you know your C++ concepts, it'll be hard to differentiate what was C's and what was C++'s. My recommendation: Give Lafore's book a go. It's really good. :)

    Hey. I bought a punching bag. Heavy bag was way over my budget and wasn't worth the investment since I only needed it for a few months. It was pre-filled with clothes and stuff which is okay for beginners. You might want to fill it with sand or saw-dust in the future though. Are you interested in purchasing it? I might be putting mine up for sale since I'm probably moving out in a month or so.

    The price is pretty good. But 12 GB is far too less. You will soon need to upgrade the HDD. Try finding a 500 GB model deal or buy this one and upgrade HDD later on.

    Well I did heard about them too, but that was at launch, like 2 years ago or so. Since then, people have been buying super slims and didn't hear any major complaints.

    Super slim should do fine for you. The only thing I don't really like about it is the open tray bluray drive as compared to the closed one on the previous models. That and its shape. :p

    You can fuse him if you want, you can just get him back via the Persona journal if you want him again. :p

    I just focus on the arcana that has the same level as me and if they get a exp boost or not.

    The characters in P4 are way better, the only character's I liked in P3 were the MC/Aegis/Akiko and Mitsuru on certain occasions. I like all the characters P4 has introduced so far. :p

    The MC in most JRPG's is a mute, the MC in P3 was a very nihilistic guy and aloof guy as evident by the dialogue choices you get, that's why I considered him better than most protags, even tho he was a mute he had a sort of personality nonetheless.

    The social links play a vital role, they're way more important in Persona 4. :p

    Here's what I did, I went to tartarus killed everything and got to the road block that would get cleared on the next full moon.

    Then I just kept on enjoying the social links without any problem. The social links are a story of their own. :p

    I have quite a few complaints regarding P3, but none of them are about the boss fights. =/

    It was a full moon, you wanted to skip the social links, etc and just get on with the boss fights? o_O

    It's not as evident, but after you defeat the boss of a dungeon, you'll have to wait a week till the bonus boss appears in the last dungeon and a new dungeon opens up, you can either do the new dungeon to progress the story or go back to the past dungeon to defeat the bonus boss while leveling up. .

    I'm playing it these days, P4 is slightly different since it's more uppity and the main guy is very sociable, and the dungeon keeps changing according to the character you're saving.

    Overall, it's better than P3.

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. I just want to say a giant F*** Y**! to Microsoft. THEY'VE F***ED UP BIG TIME this time.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
