That really depends on your preference. Though, I'd definitely get RE:R and Kid Icarus first.
Heroes of Ruins hasn't really fared that well with the critics and well, Mario Kart 7 is a racer with no actual story line. I'd get Mario Kart 7 later on for online play though. I've heard it has the best online features amongst all 3DS games.
I'll probably be looking for Resident Evil: Revelations or Kid Icarus after it.
Though, I might trade Mario 3D Land for Mario Kart once I'm done with it.
I'll be getting KH 3D once its releases.
And Mario 3D Land in a week.
