    Thats a great FPS on BF3 you are getting. The lag is there because of Vsync. Turn off Vsync and the lag will go away. Some games have strange implementation of Vsync, and its generally better to implement it through a third party software. But I keep it at off because I can't notice tearing :D...

    Sleeping Dogs worked fine for me :/ Do you have the latest DX11, latest Microsoft C++ Redistributable?

    Yup Ivy Bridge integrated graphics are really powerful :p... I bet you'll run BF3 at 60 FPS on high settings. Believe it.

    Sadly the GTA IVs I've downloaded did not work well even on my PC...

    I heard that newer patches give better performance, but I haven't got the slighest clue on which patch to install.

    I think that any GTA IV's torrent would do for now. If it doesn't work well at highish settings, then you could download the latest patch that is available. I am sure that will help the performance of the game.

    If you already have so many games, then play those first. Because Crysis 3's proper crack isn't out yet. Reloaded is in the process of making proper crack. The improper version crashes the game when 2nd mission starts.
