You can get around the suspension though by change your PS3 ID(There are tools available) and if Mac address is also banned, you can also change it. But the original Gamer Tag is banned so better use a spare one for JB PS3.
FTP them to PS3 Internal hard disk through PC. You just need a simple LAN cable, Multiman on PS3 and FlashFXP or Filezilla(Or another simple FTP client) on PC. The rest is super easy and there are many online tutorials for it.

But i personally prefer to copy such games directly to internal hard disk rather than splitting them.
You should ask the guy to update to you latest firmware(4.41 Rebug) and latest MM(4.40)
MM is Game Manager i.e it is the main program that enable you to enjoy pirated games on a console. It mounts the games/isos on the blu-ray drive and hence you can play them like you own the original BD.
Well, in my opinion, doing a E3 flasher has risks but if necessary precautions are taken before i.e backing the NAND and other important stuff, it can be restored again in case things go wrong. I just considered 2 a filler, in terms of story. While I also consider the combat in ME2 inferior to ME3.
The 3rd was great in terms of story, but I still prefer Mass Effect 1 in terms of combat over all the ME's since the combat doesn't feel like Gears' of Effect.
Other than that, the ending was underwhelming but decent.
I really wanna play through ME3 again with all the latest DLC now.
