Ok, to sum up.....don't mix up PSN Plus. Your PSN Plus should always be in the account that's permanent, that has all your trophies. Since you're allowed up to 4 accounts on ps4, that should always be one of them. As far as sharing goes. Yes, it's restricted on ps4. You're allowed 2 ps4s per account but here's the catch. The account can be either primary (ALL of the accounts on your ps4 can play the game bought on that account) or secondary (only THAT account which bought the game can be used to play, no other accounts allowed). So sharing is very limited in freedom

If you are looking for an upgrade, get alteast a Nexus 4 16GB (or any phone with 2GB RAM for that matter - Xperia Z for instance), which may cost upto 30k but will ensure the long term use of your smartphone.

I couldn't understand his problem because of the vague data provided. In case of problems like these, the best way is to degrade to a latest available stock Samsung ROM (flashed via Odin, the last post in that XDA thread will be very helpful). Root it manually (which you'll have to anyway). Install CWM. THEN flash the latest CM Nightly available on "www.get.cm".
Ask him to follow what the last guy (xen something) said in that XDA thread. Then flash a custom ROM and tell us if it has solved him his issue.

Firefly: 1 Season, 14 episodes. Best thing I've laid my eyes on, on TV
Sherlock: 2 Seasons, 7 episodes. Tense, gripping and awesome. Nothing like the movies. Way better than that.
Arrow: 1 Season, 24 episodes. Season 2 is airing now. Aside from sloppy acting, that too, in the beginning only for the most part, this is a nice thrill ride
Don't forget Chuck. Silly comedy/action/drama/thriller that can be as entertaining as anything if you don't take it seriously. 5 Seasons, 91 episodes

DLC is tied to the game's region. You can't purchase region 1 dlc or games on a region 2 account so your friend will have to make a region 2 account to use region 2 dlc with his region 2 games.
The way you guys can do it is make a separate region 2 account for the last of us and purchase Season Pass on it. Or you can use the same region 2 account that you used the Online Pass on and purchase a Season Pass on it and share among each other.
Nope, it won't work if he purchases the DLC on his US account, since his copy is Region 2. He needs to have a Region 2 PSN account activated on his PS3 that has purchased the season pass from its respective PStore.
He can always create a brand new UK PSN account and then get the season pass from there. Once he's purchased it, he can give you the login/pass for that account and you can get a hold of the season pass on your PS3 as well.
Oh right. In that case, you can share your season pass with your friend. All he has to do is make a separate user account, and then sign in using your PSN account details. From there, he can download all DLC that is made available for you via the season pass.
And yes, he can use that DLC with his US PSN id as long as your Region 2 account is activated on his PS3.

Unfortunately, under the scenario you have mentioned, you and your friend won't be able to share the same season pass. DLC is dependent on the region of the game, as opposed to the console. Therefore, since he has a Region 1 copy and you have a Region 2 copy, you won't be able to share your DLC with him (or vice versa). Both of you will have to get the season pass from the respective PStores specific to your regions.
There are, however, a few rare games that allow DLC from one region to work on a game from another. Capcom allowed it with the Street Fighter games, and Insomniac Games allowed it with Resistance 1 (there are probably a couple more). -
