Yes Gesherbrum you can play xbox via Dvi to Hdmi Cable ,if you have Hdcp enable Lcd..and for Audio you need to use Av/cable ..and you can play xbox 1 games on 360.

I need to connect my Xbox to a projector. I bought a HDMI to VGA cable but that was cheap shit so didn't work. So now I've bought a HDMI to DVI dongle. What exactly are the chance that it WILL work with the projector ? and yes the projector has a DVI port. Im just curious to know since i think it might not work :s

when you had the HDMI to VGA cable did it not show the screen at all but you could hear the audio

guyz i want to download and play games on my xbox 360 elite (hacked running something called 1.6) anywayz i do not have a double layer dvd writer but do have a 350 gb external hardrive is there anyway i can download games and put it on that harddrive and play?
dude even i know its not gonna work like that,only J-Tagged consoles run games from hard drive without a disk,otherwise you need a disk in the cd rom,and also,if ur external hard disk is not with the xbox,meaning normal computer external hard disk then you cant even use it to connect to ur xbox let alone play games from it.Third,buy a cd,dont be so cheap or order from PG.And since ur in rawalpindi you might know raja bazar imperial market,there you can get each game for 130rs at most.
