I use a credit card for steam but you can try Easypaisa virtual debit card. I tested that with steam, it worked great.
They gave us proper credits

And heres a bummer news.
Some developers are changing back the prices after switching.
Most likely to avoid getting that game pulled from the region when it goes live later.
That sucks, which games got changed back? Maybe they will eventually add the new prices after launch if it's a preorder game.
The prices for the following games have been dropped too

If you can wait, do so until they've properly implemented the whole thing.
