Yeah I remember. They basically "fixed" the prices and now their prices are equal to that of US store. But other (non-Ubisoft) titles like GTAV, PUBG and CSGO should also be equal to Indian region store or at least lower.

haha, i've slowed down on buying games ever since i got married. Still a long way to go ~1700 games to get there. I'd say by 2018 end

The new expansion pack for Grim Dawn is available for only 7.79$ as compared to the regular 17.99$ retail price for US. Grim Dawn - Ashes of Malmouth Expansion on Steam

Unrelated but the base game is also on sale for 7.5$ and it's a fantastic game. Highly recommended if you like games like Diablo 2 or Path of Exile.

made a discovery that games bought on Paki Store Cann't be activated on accounts of other region.

i haven't tested the theory myself but i trust him.

Try buying the game as gift. At the option to whom you want to send, it will give message at which locations game can be activated. If it doesnt, then its ROW.

The store still follows its regional policies of price difference.
You cant gift cheaper games to region with higher price.
but you can do it from high to low, or region to region.

even when you are in Pak and U want to Gift someone that is in Pak but his Store is Indian or something even than u cannot gift it.

You can, the same way you bypass any region.
So far I havent seen any of the games get IP-locked into the region. (yet)

Nope, you dont need to use any proxy.
Once you switch to Pakistan.
You're good.


However, payment methods could have an issue if they're not of the selected region.
(You can bypass that by buying cards)
