Me too.the only gaming ping is offline and that is because I went to my brother house and he had unlimited internet from office and I downloaded 4 tb worth of games
Could anyone who has successfully changed their latency type to fast/path 0 comment on what they did to get it changed? I've called 1218 numerous times. Today, after being transferred between various departments (all of whom had no idea what latency or interleaving is), they registered my complaint as "online gaming lags"... I've DM'd PTCLCares on twitter, and have called my local exchange too, all to no avail.

Sadly, no transformed package for me. However, I am on 16 MB VDSL so I get between 3.4-3.6 Mbps upload speed.

Already did. No progress. Switching to VDSL now, and Fast path doesn't apply to it, it has its own methods to account for bad lines. Hoping pings will be better with it.
I recently switched from ADSL to VDSL. The pings are the same. The upload speed has significantly improved, from 1 to 5 mbps, on my 20mbps package. But the connection is still unreliable.
yep that is true .some people think that converting to vdsl will magically improve their online gaming which is not the case
Changing line path to fast and then upgrading to VDSL = no use. As I want VDSL more than fast because of the higher upload.
Anyone using VDSL from F-8 Exchange, please let me know if there is any useful person inside the exchange to help me about VDSL as I personally can't go and visit them (I'm on a wheelchair).

So after getting no response from my exchange. I made a complaint to ptclcares on Twitter. It's been 2 days and still my port is set to 4mbps. How hard can it be to upgrade a port back to 8mbps where it originally was. Why do they make everything so difficult

Well it improved drastically for me ! . Aside from the download / upload speeds, i am getting 50-55 ms on Dubai servers , and 150-155 on EU Servers.
I never faced a single issue with my connection. Though i give a few hundred rupees to the line man after every 2-3 months (regardless if there are any issues or not). This always works in PTCL`s case !

L LegacyGamerGuy:I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

L LegacyGamerGuy:Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
