hamidkhatri Applied in October 2015. Was given a 30-45 day time frame. It took them around 105 days to install. After that I probably got only 2 days of uninterrupted service. After that it was always down for some part of the day. After a month or so it became better but after a few weeks it regressed to a new low. I used to call them regularly, but did not get any support. Their customer support team would call me every month and I would explain them the position of the internet. I finally came to the conclusion that the CS team were either trolls or had severe amnesia because they would keep asking the same questions each month but do nothing about the situation. Their router also failed a few months in and they took it back and told me to install my own router lol.
I don't remember when, but I think I filed a consumer court case at-least 3-4 months ago. Pretty sure I will win it, even though it has dragged on for so long.
