So I went to gym yesterday and I did mixed exercises but I think did a bit more. 30 weight on each and 3 sets of 12 rips.

There was a time in my last set when my hands couldn't even take up the empty rod.

Today, my right hand is okay but extreme pain in left h and. Can't even straighten up my hand.

I don't know how am I going to exercise today. Any suggestions/any food that I should take before and after gym?

I suggest you to rest take these 2 days off.
It is always better to heal if you have pulled a muscle or something else.

Brown/brawn bread, alot of fruits and salaad. No banana graps and mangoes. Less roti. No naan. Boiled chicken or chicken tikka. No fried stuff.

My weight is 65 , today was my day of exercise , mix exercise according to instructor for next couple of days

nup i am not,,,,, deca can reduce that thats why a compination of testosterone + deca is necessary.

even than i am afraid to do,,

even if some one is married he should stay away from deca

And are you using whey with consistency, and whats your byi measurement ! mine is14 i want 18

I used Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Whey of 29 servings and it was in Strawberry flavor now after that I decided to go for a different brand so bought Muscletech's Nitro-Tech in Vanilla flavor and man I don't how to explain it but it tastes bad and it makes me vomit. The scooper in it is 30grams while ON's Whey Gold Standard had 24grams scooper. Although I noticed the power in Nitro-Tech is very thin and looks better in quality but it tastes like Chemical-Warfare.. give me suggestions what should I go for after that? should I stick back to ON or carry on with this? been using Whey from about 1 and half month.

Taking two scoops a day 1 after Workout and 2nd in the evening after coming back from works and consuming some low-fat milk along with some fully boiled egg-whites.. I noticed difference in my body withing 4 months and also trying to gain weight more. Not into definition exercises right now.

Buy correct flavor such as extreme chocolate; milk chocolate . They taste awesome

Yeah I asked for it but was out-of-stock so I thought why not go for Vanilla and now I think it was a bad decision as the guy at Sports One was asking me to get strawberry wasted 4.4k

I recommend buy from locally only from GNC .
Price may be 1 or 2k higher but you get authentic stuff

Yup I know bro but Sports One has authentic stuff too which I found out after browsing on the official website of Muscletech where Sports One is listed on there website under countries section so why waste money on GNC

I also got nitro tech from Sports one . For verification I visited same support website where sports one is listed

But on my next visit I requested for fat burner hyroxy cut they were offering tab packet of 110 tabs

Where as no where on earth there is such a packing , and the cover of bottle seems to be self copied

So never got anything from them again
