So I went to gym yesterday and I did mixed exercises but I think did a bit more. 30 weight on each and 3 sets of 12 rips.
There was a time in my last set when my hands couldn't even take up the empty rod.
Today, my right hand is okay but extreme pain in left h and. Can't even straighten up my hand.
I don't know how am I going to exercise today. Any suggestions/any food that I should take before and after gym?
