So far I've found Perth to be fucking expensive. The least rent of a shitty house could be $100 per week. Though wages are higher then Melbourne and Sydney but every damn thing is more expensive here in western Australia.

This may be off-topic but I really want some info related to going abroad on scholarship basis.I'm currently doing O'levels and my plan is to go to any country with top-notch universities/colleges.What minimum education do I need to apply to these unis?I honestly have no idea about this stuff so need all the help I can get.
You apply during your a levels, but besides education, you need to be very strong in your ECAs to stand a chance of getting scholarship from top universities.
Sports, debating, competitions etc.
Mostly they look for talents. They ask for quality, not quantity.
I dont think I have talent in anything(sports, debates,etc) besides having creativity and being good in game coding and 3d modeling. Does that count as extra curriculars?
Don't have any talents? Alevels is where you start. Join the debate team, apply for MUNs, chess team, essay competition etc Whatever you can get your hands on, miss no opportunity.

I don't think messing around will help so much, but if you can create a software or an app or something like that, that'd be pretty good. I think Pleasant here made an mp3 firmware or something and he got a job cause of it. I don't remember exactly.
