I personally get my wallpapers from wallbase.cc and deviantart.

Beautiful Widgets for the clock and the weather. The skin is Blue... something.. LOL.. forgot the name, but you can search it in their skin section.
The battery has been modified by the developer of the ROM so don't know how to get that

its mClock with a template that I found on xda post your home screen thread, took a bit of searching though. A thread has recently been created regarding mclock templates, check it out, its in the android themes section. You would probably find the template there. The week day bar is also mclock but without a template.there isnt anything that a LCD will display better than SAMOLED
