Zong Slow speed issue. Please help

Hello I live in Valencia town Lahore. I have got Zong Huwei 5573s-320 device. My issue is that during the whole day the download speed is very low ( mostly less that 0.5 MBPS). My upload speed comes out to be around 5 MBPS at the same time. Furthermore download speed is around 10 MBPS for around 3-4 hours near dawn time. So i was thinking its not a signal issue. I have complain several times but the issue has not been resolved. I am not sure if zong complaint center even bother other than sending the issue resolved message. I have tried resetting the device , restarting, but nothing has helped. Wanted to ask if anyone had any suggestions?

    why you are paying american rates in Pakistan. Search cheaper region like Turkey. 13k for 13 months. Ms does not care

    Just finished Diablo 4 season in hurry to play Fallout 4 but gamepass released another banger in the form of Star Wars on April 25th. Gamepass is a steal man.
