XBOX taking very long to boot after JTAG

My cousin got his xbox JTAGed around 3 months ago , He had a Hitachi Drive and the shopkeeper told him that this drive cannot be hacked so he got it replaced with an older liteon Drive
Now The XBOX is creating problems , After switching on some times it takes long time to boot with the TV showing "no signal" both using hdmi and VGA cables
Sometimes it takes upto 30 mins to boot , and others it takes 2-3 mins
If the XBOX has not been turned on for a day or two it takes longer to boot?
So what could be the problem ?

The glitcher could be the issue. Is it fat or slim ?

if it boots sooner or later ... its an issue with the jtag wiring .. get that fixed .. your glitcher is perfectly fine

i am facing the same problem too sometimes it takes seconds to boot sometimes take more than half hour.

Sorry to open an year old thread but mine actually takes long time like 1:30 min on first boot but later it takes mostly 20 sec and sometimes it's just boot by pressing the button. One thing I did notice is that if i'm using cheat trainer and turn off console in order to clear the trainer out of memory then My Jtag take longer time to boot but normally my jtag boot time is 25 sec.
