Xbox 360 Vs Playstation 2 buying advice

Hello

Can anybody please help? I want to buy console for my 10 year old son. Both these consoles are in my budget which is around 10-15k. So which of them should I buy?

I will be very thankful.

Don't even think about buying a ps2. Get him a jailbreaked ps3 with atleast 320gb of storage. Ps3 can easily run ps2 & ps1 backups.
No point in getting a xbox 360. It had very few exclusives & most of them are getting released on PC in few months. Besides I think ps3 had some of the very best child friendly games. I know as I've played them myself.
Though you need to know that these consoles had some very mature games, so may need to be a bit careful.
If your child doesn't care too much about ps3 or xbox 360, get a Nintendo wii(4-5k). Huge library of games catered for the kids.

xbox 360 only get jtagged with load games ,, and buy black one newer than fat models

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
