If u have previous dash (13599) u can even do LT 2.0 for it.
updating with new dash have no worth.

ok people I have a banned xbox. I don't care about stealth patches and correct waves etc. I just want to play all the latest games to date without a boot disc.
Currently I have LT1.6. I can play games upto black ops with boot disc. but newer games like PES 12 require me to update. Now If I update will I be able to play PES12 right away or do I need to update my drive fw before I update my xbox fw.
My xbox is opus/xenon board

You will eventually have to get your console reflashed after crossing the 13XXX series barrier

No. It does. Update first, then reflash. if you have those really old Ixtreme FW's, you might need to reflash to stock/LT before updating.

it doeznt matter u have LT 2.0 or whatever...if u goto live, u will be on RISK... so stay away to XLIVE!

If you have a slim, DO NOT go to live. FAT consoles can go to live only if they have the latest LT+.

If you have a dashboard version of 13XXX or higher and a slim (non-9504 drive variant), you can update and play for now.

Today when I inserted mw3 it gave a weird error, it said disc not supported. Was working flawlessly yesterday and all other games are still working. Any solution?
