hey guys i have an old samsung drive of my rodded ntscj console and now i have a pal hitachi one if a swap will it cause any problem and will it bypass this ap 2.5 thingi???

Ok i'm reading that if you have had your drive spoofed...liteon to hitachi/samsung, it's actually spoofed in the first place to read as a liteon drive. Hence AP2.5 games aren't working for those who have hitachi and samsung drives.

i m asking this again i have samsung drive with non stealth firmware,and i think its spoofed coz its came in my jasper bought in early 2009.will it run a.c brotherhood.thanks

^^All types of Samsung drives can play All ap 2.5 games and since you have Non-Stealth waves aren't gonna be a problem either so yeah, you're good to go.

you know whats the reason ap2/5 games arent working ? its freakin spoofed from liteon to samsung , i knew it from the second i bought the console and came home ,even argued with the shopkeeper but he didnt accept the fact , original drive source is liteon either way we are screwed , if you remember i bought the same console from the same shop as you did .

there is no one - mosses i thnk has stoped his service ever since he movied out - but digitech in saddar rwp singapore plaza is doing it - coz they are the only console shop there nice person .

i wanted to get a new ntsc-j jasper but no point right now as no new games will run on it - guess i have to wait for lt+ to come out - no point in dishing out more money for this .
