Now phonebook saver problem arises
Another problem arises regarding another service which I was not aware of that too.
Last night my balance was Rs. 42 (point something) and when I woke up in morning, I got an sms from 406 telling about phonebook saver. Then I checked my balance so it was Rs. 18 (point something) that means my Rs. 24 (point something) balance deducted :crying: without my consent
I never activated that service too.
So I went to ufone franchise to tell my problem, they forwarded my problem to ufone and told me to wait 24 hrs from ufone reply. So after waiting 24 hrs I got 2 sms together from ufone help:

But I haven't got my balance back :crying: Now what should I do? I'm damn sure ufone is cheating with me
I will go to franchise today again, so what should I tell them? Plz give me some solid arguments. This is not the first time. I have been scammed by ufone many times!!!!
