worldcall help

hey ppl i have a problem. m unable to use worldcall broadband on my laptop. my laptop has windows vista and ptcl dsl runs on it but worldcall doesnt. can anyone tell me wht to do?

check ur lan connection?
are the drivers installed properly...?
hope there are no settings....

well i am now using ptcl but i have used the worldcall.. and the worldcall i used to use for internet connection had usb cable..and it was not plug and play..it needed the driver to install for it..so i think you need the driver to work it properly..
