World of Warcraft on nayatel pls help

I just recently switched from PTCL to nayatel and everything has been great i get 20-40 less ping on every game, except for WoW where i get good ping for 3 minutes then it jumps to 3000 ping and doesn't come back down. I contacted blizzard support and tried all their solutions even uninstalled and reinstalled all that happened was now it works for upto 8 minutes before it jumps back to 3k ping. Has anyone had this issue before or know how I can solve this?

my wow pings are fine even on us server :/
you r getting high pings on all games or just wow? n server?

I'm only having this issue on WoW, I play dota and league and starcraft2 and have had no issues on any of those games, and yes I play on a US server on WoW kel thuzad, I never had any issue playing on it using ptcl before though it began after i got nayatel D:

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
